Bison presented Taboo Taco
Bison BBQ catered in for the exhilarating Sail GP event March 2023 at Lyttelton Harbour. With a crowd of 15,000 enthusiasts gathering for the thrilling two-day grand prix, Sail GP brought its international sailing circuit to New Zealand waters for the very first time.
Adding to the excitement, Bison BBQ, led by Jon, tantalised taste buds with delicious taco creations presented under the banner of Taboo Taco.

Supporting The Cancer Society
The creators of Bison BBQ wholeheartedly supported the Cancer Society on March 24, 2023 by purchasing tickets to the esteemed "Too Many Cooks" event. This fundraiser saw live culinary performances on stage by esteemed chefs. Attending the event allowed Bison BBQ to be inspired by top chef talent whilst also raising funds for the vital cause of cancer research and support.
